HL2:E2, because I love the episode concept and E1 was awesome. I didn't care much for HL2, but the episode thing really sparked my interest in the game.
And you forgot to add World of Warcraft: Burning Crusade!

I was trying to stick with FPS's, but Supreme Commander looks GREAT too. I've been waiting for that game since about '95.
